Creative Kids Preschool Program – Instructor & Classroom Assistant Positions:

The Recreation Department is currently seeking qualified applicants for both the Instructor and Classroom Assistant Positions for the Creative Kids Preschool Program. The Instructor applicant must hold a degree in Early Childhood Development. Applications are available at the City Offices, resume required.

Beach Attendant Position:

The Department of Public Works is looking to hire 2-3 Beach Attendants for the summer season: May – September.
Job Description: Part-Time; Keep the Pavilion restrooms cleaned and stocked, keep beach area clean, empty trash cans, sweep sidewalks, etc.
Duration: Monday before Memorial Day – Labor Day
Time: Sundays – Saturdays (7 days a week); 11:00am – 7:00pm. *Typically a Beach Attendant will work 4hrs/day, but can work up to 8hrs/day if desired. Rotating Schedule utilized.

Flower Watering Position:

Job Description: Part-Time; Water the flower baskets and barrels throughout Marine City.
Duration: June – September (length subject to change depending on seasonal weather)
Time: Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, & Fridays from 7:30am-11:30am

Job Description: Lifeguard the Marine City High School Pool during the Adult Open Swim/Water Aerobics program.
Duration: November 1, 2016 – May 25, 2017
